01 · Executive Summary

A revision, not a repeat.

This revision updates the original SMART Social Audit issued to Nudawn Marketing Group. Since that delivery, Nudawn has substantially rebuilt its public-facing brand infrastructure — including the launch of The Sixth Sense Suite™, four proprietary AI-driven tools (VibeScan™, EchoPath™, EventSync AI™, CurateIQ™), The Precision Principle™ placement methodology, and a three-tier engagement structure (VisionCore X, AmplifyX, APEX X).

The scope and depth of these changes require a substantive revision to the audit's findings. Several of the original audit's most prominent gaps have been closed. New opportunities have emerged. And the strategic center of gravity has shifted — Nudawn is no longer positioning as a full-service creative agency competing on breadth. It is now positioning as a proprietary-methodology firm competing on depth, framework, and intellectual property.

The core tension named in the original audit has been meaningfully addressed on the credibility side. The website now matches the caliber of the client work. What remains is activation.
02 · Status Update

What has changed.

Original FindingStatusNotes
Stated differentiator appears nowhere publicResolvedThe Sixth Sense Suite™ is fully articulated on-site with five disciplines, four tools, and a proprietary methodology framing. The proposed "Crossover Factor" concept from the original audit is superseded by Dawn's own IP.

The Central Finding of This Revision

The website now overperforms the social channels by an even wider margin than at the time of the original audit. Before, the website was polished and the social was dormant — a two-tier credibility mismatch. Now, the website is genuinely differentiated intellectual property (a named methodology, trademarked tools, a proprietary framework) and the social is still dormant — a three-tier mismatch.

Put plainly: the strategic infrastructure is now genuinely impressive. Activation is the last piece to bring online.

Key Recommendation (Revised)

Every piece of social content Nudawn publishes from this point forward should demonstrate The Sixth Sense Suite™ in action. Not describe it. Demonstrate it. Show VibeScan™ finding an audience insight. Show EchoPath™ mapping a narrative journey. Show EventSync AI™ predicting a cultural moment.

The Suite is Nudawn's competitive moat, and social is where prospects will first see it operating. If the social content doesn't show the Suite, prospects won't believe it exists at scale.

03 · Strategic Implications

What the new positioning changes.

The Differentiator Is Now the Content Engine

In the original audit, we proposed calling Nudawn's pattern "The Crossover Factor" — an outside observation about what the work seemed to be doing. That concept is now obsolete and explicitly retired. Dawn has articulated her own IP with more specificity and business defensibility than an outside-observed pattern could ever match.

The Sixth Sense Suite™ is superior on every dimension:

  • It's trademarked. Crossover Factor was not.
  • It's a framework, not a pattern. Five disciplines with defined capabilities and Suite-tool mapping vs. an observed juxtaposition.
  • It's a product, not a description. Engagement tiers, capabilities statements, and lead-gen CTAs can all attach to it.
  • It's a moat. Competitors can copy positioning language; they can't copy trademarked proprietary tools without infringement risk.

Platform Priorities Sharpen

The original audit called LinkedIn and Instagram co-equal critical. That stands — but the reason is now stronger. Dawn's ICP (mid-large B2B, nonprofits, government contractors, national brands) buys frameworks. They don't buy execution — they buy the thinking that produces execution. Frameworks are LinkedIn-native content.

Instagram remains critical, but its job clarifies: it's now the proof channel. Show the Suite operating on the ground. Reels of IKEA Grad Bash. Behind-the-scenes of the Harlem Renaissance gala production. Instagram is where the framework meets the field.

YouTube remains a strategic gap, but stays at "high priority — deferred by capacity" rather than upgrading to critical. Building a video pipeline requires production bandwidth that isn't currently available. When capacity permits, one produced case study video unlocks a compounding credibility asset.

Trajectory Metrics Update

The original KPI targets were calibrated for a dormant account being reactivated with generic-agency positioning. With the new positioning, the KPI mix should shift toward quality signals over quantity:

  • Capabilities Statement downloads — the highest-intent metric on the site. Should be the top KPI.
  • "Work With Nudawn" form submissions by tier — measures whether the tier structure is legible to prospects.
  • LinkedIn dwell time on Suite-explaining posts — measures whether the methodology is being absorbed vs. scrolled past.
  • YouTube watch time on case studies — remains meaningful when the channel launches; not tracked in the near term.

The vanity metrics (follower count, likes) are now explicitly second-tier. Nudawn's ICP doesn't decide vendors by follower count.

04 · Execution

What This Revision Does Not Cover

The original audit's Discoverability, Competitive Landscape, and full scorecard sections are not repeated here — the analysis holds and does not require updating. The competitive frame in particular remains accurate, though Nudawn's positioning shift now places it closer to Creative Theory Agency (aspirational peer) than to the direct MD peers. Nudawn is competing at a different weight class than the original audit assumed.

01 · Positioning Strategy

The strategic shift.

The most consequential change in Nudawn's marketing is not the website rebuild. It's the category Nudawn is now competing in.

The pre-rebuild Nudawn competed as a full-service creative marketing agency — the same category as several thousand other agencies in the DMV and nationally. The differentiators in that category are execution quality, client roster, and relationships. All three are strengths, but none of them are structurally defensible against a well-funded competitor.

The post-rebuild Nudawn competes as a proprietary-methodology firm. This is a much smaller category. The differentiators are the framework, the tools, and the intellectual property. All three are structurally defensible.

This is a category shift, not a rebrand. Creative agencies market their work. Methodology firms market their thinking.

What This Means Practically

  • Case studies should emphasize how the Suite produced the outcome, not just what the outcome was.
  • Speaking engagements should teach the framework, not showcase the portfolio.
  • Content should demonstrate the Precision Principle™ in action, not describe past events.
  • Sales conversations should center on which layers the client needs, not what services they want to buy.
The Positioning Statement
Nudawn Marketing Group is a proprietary-methodology firm for brands that need to move from raw intelligence to compounding measurable impact. Through The Sixth Sense Suite™, Nudawn helps national brands, mid-large B2B, nonprofits, and government contractors design brand and experiential work that is precise, resonant, and inevitable. Two decades of practice, now named as a system.

This is not customer-facing copy. It's the internal north star every campaign and content decision should trace back to.

02 · ICP Segmentation

Three tiers. Three buyers.

The audit named a broad ICP: mid-large B2B, nonprofits, government contractors, local Maryland/regional businesses, and national brands. That range is accurate but too wide to run marketing against. Different segments buy differently, respond to different content, and enter through different channels.

The Sixth Sense Suite™ tier structure is a useful sorting mechanism because it forces every prospect into one of three buying postures.

Segment A · APEX X Buyer
Brand Dominance
Who they are: National brands, enterprise clients, and institutions with existing marketing infrastructure but no proprietary methodology of their own. IKEA-tier accounts.
How they buy: Slowly. Through referrals, reputation, and demonstrated case-study evidence. RFP-caliber criteria.
What convinces them: Case studies of comparable-scale engagements. The trademarked Suite is table stakes at this level, not a differentiator — it's what qualifies Nudawn to be in the conversation.
Channels: LinkedIn (executive audiences), industry conferences and speaking engagements, earned press in trade publications, direct outreach from Dawn.
Segment B · AmplifyX Buyer
Brand Acceleration
Who they are: Mid-market B2B, larger nonprofits, government contractors with budget authority, national brands in a specific campaign moment. Momentum they need to activate.
How they buy: Compressed evaluation window — 30 to 90 days from awareness to signature. Value strategic clarity almost more than execution.
What convinces them: Clear demonstration of the strategic layer. The Suite's diagnostic tools (VibeScan™, EchoPath™) resonate here because they promise strategic precision.
Channels: LinkedIn (marketing directors, VPs of marketing, EDs at nonprofits), Instagram (visual proof), email nurture from Capabilities Statement downloads, Segment A referrals.
Segment C · VisionCore X Buyer
Brand Essentials
Who they are: Smaller nonprofits, founder-led businesses that have outgrown DIY marketing, mid-market brands needing foundational identity work before they scale.
How they buy: Quickly, on relationship. Convert from personal referrals, community connections, or content resonance.
What convinces them: Trust in Dawn as a person. The 25-year founder story matters more here than the framework. The Suite creates legitimacy.
Channels: Instagram (community discovery), LinkedIn (Dawn's personal network), local community presence, warm referrals.
Strategic Implication

The marketing plan does not try to serve all three tiers equally — it prioritizes AmplifyX as the strategic center of gravity, with APEX as the aspirational upside and VisionCore as the community-driven inbound. AmplifyX is the largest addressable segment, the fastest sales cycle for meaningful revenue, and the segment most likely to convert directly from social and content marketing.

03 · Funnel Architecture

Four stages. One handoff that matters.

Stage 1
Discovery
Goal: Prospect encounters the Nudawn brand for the first time.
Channels: LinkedIn organic reach, Instagram discovery, referrals, press mentions, speaking engagements, community events.
Primary metric: Reach and impressions on Suite-explaining content.
Content: Positioning content. The tagline. The Sixth Sense Suite™ as a five-layer framework.
Stage 2
Consideration
Goal: Prospect returns for a second, third, fourth interaction. Begins to trust that Nudawn is a real firm with real capability.
Channels: LinkedIn repeat views, Instagram follows, blog return visits, YouTube (once launched).
Primary metric: Follower growth on LinkedIn and Instagram; blog return visits.
Content: Proof content. Case studies. Suite tools in action. The Precision Principle™ explained through examples.
Stage 3
Intent
Goal: Prospect signals active buying intent by taking a self-identifying action.
Channels: Website (Capabilities Statement download, Work With Nudawn form), direct message, email reply.
Primary metric: Capabilities Statement downloads. The north-star marketing KPI going forward.
Content: Content that specifically drives to the Capabilities Statement and tier-specific "Start the Conversation" CTAs.
Stage 4
Conversion
Goal: Prospect enters a sales conversation with Dawn and moves to signed engagement.
Channels: Discovery calls, proposal delivery, signed contract.
Primary metric: Signed engagements by tier.
Content: Conversion assets — Capabilities Statement, tier-specific case studies, tier-specific testimonials, tier-specific proposals.
Funnel Design Note

The most important structural fact about this funnel is that Stage 3 (Intent) is where marketing and sales hand off, and the handoff needs to be excellent. A prospect who downloads the Capabilities Statement should enter a nurture sequence that continues to demonstrate the Suite in action. If they get a single download and then silence, the marketing effort feeding them into Stage 3 is wasted.

Recommendation: A three-email nurture sequence should follow every Capabilities Statement download, each email demonstrating one Suite tool in action through a case study. Infrastructure that doesn't need to exist at launch, but should be built into the roadmap.

04 · Lead Generation Strategy

A portfolio, not a channel.

Primary Channel — LinkedIn Organic

LinkedIn is Nudawn's most important lead-generation channel:

  • The AmplifyX buyer is a LinkedIn-native audience.
  • Frameworks and methodologies are LinkedIn-native content.
  • Dawn's personal profile has 25 years of relationship equity to activate.
  • The channel supports both organic reach and executive-level relationship building.

In practice: consistent posting from the Nudawn company page (3x/week baseline), regular posting from Dawn's personal profile (2x/week baseline), and 15 minutes/day of active engagement on other people's posts. Dawn's engagement matters more than the company page's — LinkedIn's algorithm rewards founder-led content substantially more than corporate content.

Secondary Channel — Instagram Organic

Instagram is the proof channel. It reaches Segments B and C, and it converts referred prospects who look up Nudawn after hearing about them elsewhere.

What it does not do: Instagram is not a primary lead-generation channel for a firm at Nudawn's tier. Prospects don't sign six-figure engagements from Instagram DMs. But Instagram is the credibility validator — a referred prospect who checks Instagram is confirming the firm looks real. If it looks real and active, the referral converts. If it looks dormant, the referral cools.

Tertiary Channel — Blog & SEO

The blog is currently the only content channel Nudawn has continuously operated. It should continue, with a sharpened editorial focus on Suite-explaining content and case-study depth. Blog posts should be structured to also serve as social distribution assets — every post should be publishable as a LinkedIn carousel with minimal reformatting.

Realistic target searches include: "proprietary marketing framework," "brand methodology firm," "AI-powered brand strategy," "experiential marketing methodology," "Sixth Sense Suite," and "Precision Principle marketing." The last two are branded terms Nudawn owns entirely — as the Suite gains recognition, branded search should be a leading indicator that positioning is landing.

Quaternary Channel — Referrals & Speaking

Nudawn's largest source of business has historically been referrals. That will continue. The role of marketing is not to replace referrals — it's to make sure referred prospects find a credible digital presence when they investigate. Every previous section of this plan supports referral conversion, even when referrals aren't named directly.

Speaking engagements should be treated as a lead-gen channel with intent. Podcast appearances, industry panels, and conference sessions expose the Suite to APEX-tier audiences that social content rarely reaches. An underused channel that should be actively pursued.

Channels Explicitly Not in Scope
  • Paid social advertising. Not recommended at this stage. Nudawn's positioning is premium and methodology-driven; paid social erodes premium positioning if used before organic credibility is established.
  • Cold outreach. Not consistent with the brand positioning. APEX-tier accounts don't buy from cold outreach.
  • Facebook as a primary channel. Auto-repurpose only. Not a lead-generation channel for Nudawn's ICP.
05 · Content Strategy

Four pillars. One test.

The Four Content Pillars

  • The Suite in Action (40%) — Every post that demonstrates one of the four Suite tools, one of the five disciplines, or the Precision Principle™ operating on a real engagement. This is the pillar that builds the moat.
  • The Work (30%) — Case studies, event recaps, campaign outcomes. The visible evidence that the Suite produces results.
  • The Thinking (20%) — Dawn as strategist. Commentary on brand-culture intersections, multicultural marketing, methodology-driven marketing. LinkedIn-native.
  • The Builder (10%) — Dawn herself. The 25-year story. Team culture. Behind-the-brand content.

Content Reuse Principle

Every piece of long-form content Nudawn produces should be planned as multi-format from the start. A single blog post becomes:

  • One LinkedIn carousel (Suite discipline explainer)
  • Two LinkedIn text posts (excerpted key insights)
  • One Instagram carousel (visual version of the LinkedIn carousel)
  • One Instagram Reel (30-second summary)
  • Two Instagram Stories (behind-the-scenes)
  • One Facebook post (auto-repurposed from Instagram)
  • One newsletter section (when email list is active)

This is not "reposting the same content" — it's translating one piece of thinking into the native form of each platform. A firm with a proprietary methodology needs to publish at a volume that a single-format approach cannot sustain. Multi-format planning is how a solo social contractor produces enough content to demonstrate a five-layer framework consistently.

Content Voice

Nudawn's voice is now established through the website rewrite: confident, specific, sometimes provocative, always earned. The voice avoids agency-speak and generic marketing language. It commits to positions. It teaches.

The Voice Test

What Nudawn's voice sounds like: "Most agencies organize around what they sell. Nudawn is organized around how we think." "AI is not a feature here. It is the engine." "Visibility without precision is noise."

What Nudawn's voice does not sound like: "We're excited to share..." "In today's fast-paced digital landscape..." Generic gratitude posts. Motivational quotes without context.

Every piece of content should pass a single test: could a competitor publish this exact post without changing anything? If yes, rewrite. If no, publish.

06 · Earned Media

Frameworks get quoted.

The Sixth Sense Suite™ is a proprietary framework, which means it is inherently newsworthy in a way that a service menu isn't. Marketing frameworks that name their internal system become industry references — and industry references get cited, quoted, and invited onto stages.

Near-Term Opportunities

  • Trade publication features. Marketing Week, Ad Age, Adweek, Black Enterprise, Fast Company — each has an angle Nudawn fits. Pitch Dawn as "the agency founder who trademarked a five-layer AI-driven methodology after 25 years of practice." That's a story, not a press release.
  • Podcast appearances. Long-form podcasts are the highest-leverage medium for a methodology-driven firm because they allow the full framework to be explained.
  • Speaking engagements. IAAM Conference (which Dawn is already connected to), MMA events, SXSW submission window, HBCU business school guest lectures.

Medium-Term Opportunities

  • A signature Nudawn event. A one-day methodology workshop or industry roundtable that gathers Dawn's ICP under one roof. Positions Nudawn as a convener, not just a vendor.
  • Awards submissions. Communicator Awards, Davey Awards, MUSE Creative Awards, industry-specific awards for the IKEA and Harlem Renaissance gala work. Wins become social content and press assets.
  • A book or long-form publication. The Sixth Sense Suite™: A Methodology for the Modern Brand. A significant undertaking, but a founder with a trademarked framework and 25 years of case-study evidence is exactly the profile that publishes credible business books.
Note on Sequencing

Earned media should follow social media reactivation, not precede it. A journalist who wants to write about The Sixth Sense Suite™ will check LinkedIn first. If the LinkedIn page has been silent for months, the story stalls. The order of operations is: social channels active and consistent first, then earned media outreach begins in earnest.

07 · Capabilities Statement

Distribution strategy.

The Capabilities Statement is Nudawn's most important lead-gen asset. It sits at the Intent stage of the funnel and converts consideration into evaluation.

  • Website: Primary download location, already established. Should be a prominent CTA on every page.
  • Email signature: Dawn and all team members should link to the Capabilities Statement from every outgoing email.
  • LinkedIn featured section: Both Dawn's personal profile and Nudawn's company page should feature the Capabilities Statement download in their "Featured" section.
  • RFP responses: The Capabilities Statement is the leave-behind that follows every proposal or RFP submission.
  • Speaking engagement follow-ups: Every audience member who requests information after a Dawn talk receives the Capabilities Statement.
  • Direct outreach: When Dawn identifies a specific APEX-tier target, the Capabilities Statement is the follow-up to the initial conversation, not the opener.

Future consideration: Tier-specific versions of the Capabilities Statement — a lighter version for VisionCore prospects, a fuller version for AmplifyX, and a formal RFP-caliber version for APEX. Not urgent, but a natural evolution once conversion data starts to show which tier is drawing the most downloads.

08 · Measurement Framework

Six metrics that matter.

The KPI shift established in the audit revision applies here as well: quality signals over quantity. The marketing plan tracks against six top-level metrics.

Metric
Why It Matters
Cadence
Capabilities Statement downloads
Primary Intent-stage signal. The single most important number.
Weekly
Work With Nudawn form submissions (by tier)
Measures whether tier structure is legible to prospects.
Weekly
LinkedIn follower growth (company + Dawn personal)
Consideration-stage signal. Compounding audience.
Monthly
Blog + case study page traffic
Consideration-stage signal. Depth engagement.
Monthly
"How did you find us?" attribution on inbound inquiries
The ground truth of what marketing is actually working.
Every inquiry
Signed engagements by tier
The only metric that ultimately matters.
Quarterly

What's not on this list: Vanity metrics (likes, generic impressions, share counts). These will be tracked in the Social Media Plan's operational reporting, but they are not the metrics the marketing plan is optimizing against.

09 · What Happens Next

This is preliminary.

This document sets the strategic frame. The next layers of work are:

  1. Social Media Marketing Plan — Delivered as a companion document. Operationalizes the Content Strategy section into a specific weekly calendar, post archetypes, and Suite-tool-to-post mapping.
  2. Activation sprint — Post site launch. Executes the audit revision's gap list: bio updates, first Suite explainer carousel, blog-to-social workflow, Capabilities Statement tracking.
  3. Full Marketing Plan — Recommended once activation data is available. Expands this preliminary plan into quarterly campaigns, budget-scenario planning, earned media pitch calendar, and speaking engagement pipeline.
  4. Email marketing infrastructure — Nurture sequences, newsletter, tier-specific follow-up sequences.
The One Thing This Plan Asks

The most important thing this plan asks of Dawn is consistency of positioning. Every marketing decision, every content piece, every sales conversation should reinforce the same story: Nudawn is a proprietary-methodology firm. The Sixth Sense Suite™ is the operating system. Two decades of practice, now named as a system. Everything else follows from that.

01 · Platform Strategy

Four channels. Four roles.

The four-channel platform strategy from the audit stands. Here's the operational summary:

PlatformRoleWeekly CadenceContent Origin
LinkedIn Primary lead-gen channel. Where the Suite is explained and Dawn is positioned as a category-defining strategist. 3 posts/week total
(company + Dawn personal)
Native to LinkedIn — carousels, text posts, Dawn's voice
Instagram Proof channel. Where the Suite is shown operating on the ground. Credibility validator for referrals. 3–4 feed posts + 3–5 Stories + 1–2 Reels Repurposed from LinkedIn with visual layer added
Facebook Maintenance only. Community presence for local PG County networks. Mirror IG via Meta Business Suite Auto-repurposed — no dedicated effort
YouTube Deferred until capacity permits. Placeholder for future case study videos. N/A at launch N/A

Every post on every platform ties back to one of the four content pillars established in the Preliminary Marketing Plan:

  • The Suite in Action (40%)
  • The Work (30%)
  • The Thinking (20%)
  • The Builder (10%)
02 · Weekly Rhythm

The operating cadence.

The weekly rhythm is the single most important operational discipline in this plan. Consistency is what turns dormant channels into working ones.

The Weekly Production Cycle

To sustain this cadence as a solo contractor, the week runs on a two-track cycle:

  • Track 1 — Planning & drafting (Sunday, ~90 min): Review the coming week's calendar. Draft all LinkedIn posts and Instagram captions. Queue Canva templates.
  • Track 2 — Production & scheduling (Monday morning, ~90 min): Finalize visuals in Canva. Edit any Reels in CapCut. Schedule the entire week's posts.
  • Track 3 — Daily engagement (15 min/day): Respond to comments and DMs. Engage on 3–5 target accounts.
Weekly Time Commitment

~5–6 hours for a well-run week. This is the sustainable ceiling for a solo contractor without burning out.

03 · Post Archetypes

Eight templates.

Every post Nudawn publishes should fit one of the archetypes below. Archetypes are templates — they make it faster to produce content because you're not reinventing the format each week.

Archetype 01
The Suite Discipline Explainer
Suite in Action
FunnelDiscovery / Consideration
PlatformLinkedIn (primary)
FormatCarousel, 5–8 slides
Frequency1x per month per discipline
Structure
  • Slide 1: The discipline name and a provocative one-liner ("Insight without expression is data.")
  • Slide 2: What this discipline solves for the client
  • Slides 3–5: The capabilities inside this discipline
  • Slide 6: The Suite tool that powers it
  • Slide 7: A real example (case study snapshot)
  • Slide 8: CTA — "Download the Capabilities Statement."
Why it works: Prospects who scroll a Discipline Explainer are self-educating on the Suite. They enter the funnel at Discovery and often move to Consideration in a single sitting.
Archetype 02
The Precision Principle™ Moment
Suite in Action
FunnelConsideration
PlatformLinkedIn (primary)
FormatText or 3-slide carousel
Frequency1x every 2 weeks
Structure
  • Hook: "IKEA didn't pick the Florida Classic. We did." (a placement decision that surprised)
  • Body: A short story about why the placement decision was made — the environment, the conversation, the cultural moment
  • Close: "This is what The Precision Principle™ actually looks like. Visibility without precision is noise."
Why it works: The Precision Principle™ is Nudawn's most memorable positioning line. This archetype puts it into narrative context, which is far more persuasive than describing it abstractly.
Archetype 03
The Case Study Snapshot
The Work
FunnelConsideration
PlatformInstagram (primary)
FormatCarousel, 4–6 slides
Frequency2x per month
Structure
  • Slide 1: The client name + a single provocative outcome ("50 markets. One day. Zero misses.")
  • Slide 2: The challenge in one sentence
  • Slide 3: The Suite discipline(s) engaged
  • Slide 4: The execution — visual proof
  • Slide 5: The outcome
  • Slide 6: CTA
Why it works: Case studies are the most credible content Nudawn can publish. They convert consideration into intent faster than any other archetype.
Archetype 04
The Behind-the-Scenes Reel
The Work
FunnelConsideration
PlatformInstagram Reel
Format15–45s vertical video
Frequency1–2x per month
Structure
  • 3-second hook: Something visually striking from an event or production
  • 5–20 seconds: Show the work being made — pre-event setup, client conversation, moment of execution
  • Close: Simple text overlay naming the client and the Suite discipline
Why it works: Reels are how Instagram grows in reach. They also do the credibility validation job better than any static post — a prospect can see with their own eyes that the work is real.
Archetype 05
Dawn's Thinking Post
The Thinking
FunnelDiscovery / Consideration
PlatformLinkedIn (Dawn personal)
FormatText post, 100–250 words
Frequency1–2x per week
Structure
  • Hook: A specific observation, not a general statement
  • Body: Dawn's analysis — grounded, specific, opinionated
  • Close: A single-sentence insight that's shareable
Why it works: This is the archetype that builds Dawn's category authority. It doesn't sell — it teaches. Which is why prospects come back and eventually become clients.
Archetype 06
The Founder Story
The Builder
FunnelDiscovery / trust-building
PlatformInstagram + LinkedIn
FormatPhoto carousel or single image
Frequency1x every 2–3 weeks
Structure
  • Visual: Dawn, team, or a specific moment from the 25-year history
  • Caption: A specific memory or origin story — Hampton, Navy, BET, the founding of Nudawn
  • Close: Ties the story back to how it shapes the work today
Why it works: VisionCore-tier prospects buy from Dawn's story. AmplifyX prospects are reassured by it. APEX prospects reference it as proof of longevity.
Archetype 07
The Community Beat
The Builder
FunnelDiscovery
PlatformInstagram (primary)
FormatPhoto post or Story series
FrequencyAs events occur, 1–2x/month
Structure
  • Content: Dawn at IAAM, WBO of PG County, industry panels, community events
  • Caption: Brief acknowledgment of the event + why it matters
  • Close: Tag the community, thank the organizers
Why it works: Keeps Nudawn visible in the local community that generates VisionCore-tier warm referrals.
Archetype 08
The Suite Tool Spotlight
Suite in Action
FunnelConsideration / Intent
PlatformLinkedIn (primary)
FormatSingle image or 3-slide carousel
Frequency1x per month per tool
Structure
  • Hook: A one-sentence claim about what the tool does
  • Body: The tool's role in the Suite + one concrete example of how it changed a client outcome
  • Close: CTA — "See the full system."
Why it works: Trademarked tools deserve dedicated spotlight content. This archetype creates cumulative recognition over months of monthly rotations.
04 · Pillar Distribution

Over a 4-week cycle, this produces roughly 40% Suite in Action, 30% Work, 20% Thinking, and 10% Builder — which matches the pillar targets set in the Preliminary Marketing Plan.

05 · Content Sourcing

Five sources. Zero depletion.

The biggest operational risk in this plan is content depletion — running out of things to post. The system below ensures a continuous supply of raw material.

Source 1 — The Blog

Every blog post becomes 1 LinkedIn carousel, 2 LinkedIn text posts, 1 Instagram carousel, 1 Instagram Reel, 2 Instagram Stories, and 1 auto-repurposed Facebook post.

Implication: One blog post per month is sufficient to seed roughly 7 pieces of social content. Two blog posts per month covers half the weekly output.

Source 2 — Case Studies from the Website

The website case studies (IKEA Grad Bash, Harlem Renaissance gala, SPARK²) become Case Study Snapshot carousels, Precision Principle Moment posts, Behind-the-Scenes Reels, and Founder Story posts.

Implication: Each existing case study is worth roughly 6–8 posts before it feels overused. Nudawn's current case study library sustains months of content.

Source 3 — The Sixth Sense Suite™ Itself

The Suite is inherently content-generating: 5 disciplines × 1 Discipline Explainer each = 5 posts per quarter. 4 tools × 1 Suite Tool Spotlight each = 4 posts per quarter.

Implication: The Suite structure alone produces 9 posts per quarter, which anchors the "Suite in Action" pillar.

Source 4 — Dawn's Real-Time Thinking

Every client meeting, every conference, every industry conversation is raw material. The operational discipline: Dawn maintains a running note (voice memo, quick text, or shared doc) of observations from her week — 30 seconds each. Melissa reviews the note weekly and turns 1–2 observations into Thinking Posts.

Implication: This is the single most important content source because it's the only one that scales with Dawn's presence in the industry. It's also the most fragile — it depends on Dawn's discipline in capturing thoughts. Build the habit.

Source 5 — Client Work in Progress

With Dawn's client permission, active engagements become content: setup shots before an event, meeting-room whiteboards, behind-the-scenes production, post-event debriefs.

Implication: Requires standing consent from clients (build into engagement contracts going forward) or ad-hoc permission on a project-by-project basis.

06 · Visual System

Templates, photography, video.

Templates

Build a Nudawn-branded Canva template kit before posting begins. Minimum viable set:

  1. LinkedIn carousel template (Discipline Explainer, 8 slides)
  2. LinkedIn carousel template (Case Study Snapshot, 6 slides)
  3. Instagram carousel template (Discipline / Case Study, 6 slides)
  4. Instagram quote card (single-image Thinking post)
  5. Instagram Reel cover template
  6. Instagram Story template (behind-the-scenes / event coverage)
  7. Case Study hero graphic (client name + outcome)

All templates use Nudawn's brand colors from the website (dark navy background, copper/orange accent, yellow highlight). Fonts should match the website.

Photography

Nudawn has real event photography from IKEA activations, Harlem Renaissance gala, and other engagements. Build a working archive:

  • Create a shared Google Drive folder: "Nudawn Social Photo Library"
  • Sub-folders by client / event
  • Tag photos with pillar and archetype relevance

Stock photography is only used when no authentic photo exists. Never for anything Suite-related. Trademarked methodology deserves original imagery.

Video

CapCut handles all Reel and short-video editing. Standard specs:

  • Vertical 9:16 for Reels
  • Duration: 15–45 seconds
  • Text overlay: brand fonts, always
  • Music: royalty-free from CapCut library, or trending sounds that match the tone
  • Closing frame: Nudawn logo + Suite tagline
07 · Publishing System

Stack, calendar, approvals.

Content Calendar

Maintain a single-source content calendar in Google Sheets. Recommended columns:

  • Publish date · Platform · Pillar · Archetype
  • Post topic / working title
  • Draft status (Idea / Drafted / Approved / Scheduled / Published)
  • Dawn approval needed (Y/N)
  • Asset link (Canva file, CapCut export, photo)
  • Post link (once published, for tracking)

Plan two weeks ahead at minimum. Four weeks ahead when possible.

Approval Workflow

Dawn approves before publishing when:

  • The post uses her personal voice (all Dawn personal LinkedIn posts)
  • The post references a client by name
  • The post makes a claim about the Suite's capabilities
  • The post is a Founder Story or personal reflection

Melissa can publish without approval when:

  • The post is a Case Study Snapshot pulling from already-approved website content
  • The post is a Suite Discipline Explainer following the standard template
  • The post is Community Beat coverage of a public event
  • The post is a Stories repurpose of already-approved feed content
08 · Engagement

The half that gets skipped.

Publishing is half the work. Engagement is the other half — and the one most solo social operators skip.

Daily (15 min/day)

  • Respond to comments on Nudawn posts (within 24 hours)
  • Respond to DMs (within 48 hours)
  • Comment substantively on 3–5 posts from current clients, prospects Dawn has met, industry thought leaders, and referral sources

Substantive comment = at least 2 sentences that add a viewpoint, not a compliment or emoji.

Weekly (30 min/week)

  • Send 3–5 direct connection requests on LinkedIn with a personal note
  • Reshare 1–2 client wins or industry news items with Nudawn's commentary
  • Check LinkedIn analytics on the previous week's posts — identify the highest-performing post and understand why

Monthly (60 min/month)

  • Review Instagram DM inbox for any missed lead-gen conversations
  • Send follow-up notes to Capabilities Statement downloaders (once download tracking is live)
  • Audit competitor and peer accounts (Pop'N Creative, Creative Theory Agency, Goldiata, Agency 102, Black Digital)
09 · Measurement

Weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Weekly Metrics (Melissa tracks)

  • Posts published (by platform, by pillar)
  • LinkedIn post impressions and engagement rate
  • Instagram feed reach and saves+shares
  • Instagram Story views and completion rate
  • Reels views and shares
  • Website inbound from social (via UTM tracking)

Monthly Report to Dawn

A short one-page monthly summary. Structure:

  • Top 3 performing posts of the month — what they were, why they worked
  • Bottom performer — what didn't land, hypothesis on why
  • Follower growth — LinkedIn (company + Dawn personal), Instagram
  • Capabilities Statement downloads — count and source attribution where trackable
  • Notable engagement wins — high-value comments, connections, or DM conversations
  • Content pipeline for next month — what's queued

Format: readable in 5 minutes. This is Dawn's dashboard, not a report to be endured.

Quarterly Review

  • Pillar distribution: did we hit 40/30/20/10?
  • Archetype effectiveness: which archetypes are compounding, which are underperforming
  • KPI trend lines: growth or plateau on the six top-level metrics
  • Content sourcing health: is the pipeline healthy or depleting?
  • Strategic adjustments for the next quarter
10 · Risk Management

Three risks worth naming.

Risk 1 — Dawn Burnout

The plan depends on Dawn's voice for The Thinking pillar. If she gets pulled into client work and stops feeding raw material to Melissa, the pillar starves.

Mitigation:

  • Build a backlog: capture 10+ Thinking Post ideas in advance during a single 60-minute session
  • Establish "Dawn's voice recorder" as a low-friction habit — 30-second voice memos, no polish required
  • Have Melissa draft, Dawn approves — never the reverse

Risk 2 — Client-Reference Fatigue

The current case study library (IKEA activations, Harlem Renaissance gala, SPARK²) is strong but finite. Over sustained posting, it will start to feel repetitive.

Mitigation:

  • Every new client engagement includes a social-content clause: standing consent for behind-the-scenes coverage, event footage, and post-completion case study production
  • Build a "future case study" queue as engagements complete
  • Rotate case studies across archetypes so the same engagement can be re-approached from multiple angles

Risk 3 — Positioning Drift

The strategic frame is that Nudawn is a proprietary-methodology firm, not a creative agency. If day-to-day posting drifts back into generic "we made something pretty" content, the moat erodes.

Mitigation:

  • Every post passes the voice test from the Preliminary Marketing Plan: could a competitor publish this exact post without changing anything?
  • Weekly review: does the week's content mix demonstrate the Suite or just describe the work?
  • Quarterly review: is Nudawn getting recognized for its thinking or just its output?
11 · What Success Looks Like

Observable outcomes.

Within a sustained execution period, this plan should produce the following observable outcomes:

  • Consistent posting. No dormancy gaps. The credibility mismatch identified in the audit is closed at the activation layer.
  • Compounding LinkedIn presence. Dawn's personal profile becomes a recognized voice in methodology-driven marketing. The Nudawn company page becomes a legitimate destination for Suite content.
  • Capabilities Statement downloads increase. The most important KPI in the marketing plan moves upward, showing that content is generating intent.
  • Referred prospects find a credible active presence. The Instagram credibility validation job gets done.
  • Suite recognition grows. Branded search terms ("Sixth Sense Suite," "Precision Principle") begin appearing in analytics as leading indicators that the framework is landing in the market.
  • Content library becomes a compounding asset. Every post produced this quarter becomes reusable raw material next quarter.
What This Plan Does Not Cover
  • Paid social advertising (out of scope by design)
  • Email marketing operations (covered in the Preliminary Marketing Plan as a future layer)
  • Full editorial calendar for the blog
  • Speaking engagement pitching (belongs in the earned media layer of the full marketing plan)
  • YouTube channel operations (deferred until capacity permits)
  • Sales enablement content (proposals, decks, RFP responses — these are Dawn's domain)
