July Performance Report

Tara O'Neil  |  Commercial Advisor, Arizona Commercial Collective at ProSmart Realty
Reporting window: July 5 – August 1, 2026 (Meta) · July 7 – August 3, 2026 (LinkedIn) · Static-only content period
The month in one sentence

The hunch was right: Tara's audience is on LinkedIn — a majority of her impressions there came from beyond her own network. Consistent posting lifted interactions on every platform, and the strategy now has a clear shape: LinkedIn leads, Instagram and Facebook amplify.

Section 01

Where the Growth Is

Every metric tied to Tara's existing audience climbed — interactions, follower views, follower reach, conversations. The relationship with the people watching her got measurably stronger every week she showed up.

DECLINE GROWTH Content interactions +149.5% Views from followers +328% Reach from followers +15.3% Conversations started +10% Views from non-followers −85.1% Reach from non-followers −95.9%

Instagram, July 5 – August 1 vs. prior period. The +328% follower-views bar is truncated for scale. The two left-hand bars show where Instagram discovery paused during the intentional static-only window — exactly the space August's weekly Reels and the LinkedIn cadence are built to fill.

What Actually Performed

Feed posts ranked by views. The pattern is unmistakable and it's great news: posts featuring Tara — her face, her voice, her story — won on every platform. That's the clearest creative directive a month of data can give: show more of her. August does exactly that, with more photography of Tara in the static posts and her on camera in a weekly Reel.

What This Means for August

1

The hypothesis held: Tara's audience is on LinkedIn.

In its first real month, LinkedIn reached more new people than any other channel — 51% of impressions from beyond her network, an audience that's 52% Greater Phoenix and 28% senior-level, and the month's best engagement rate on founder education. The content focus shifts there: two authority posts per week, with Instagram and Facebook built to complement and amplify the LinkedIn story.

2

Consistency is compounding.

Regular posting lifted interactions on all three platforms — up 149.5% on Instagram, up 166.7% on Facebook, and from zero to 40 engagements on LinkedIn — while follower counts grew on both Instagram and LinkedIn. The rhythm is working; August extends it to four feed posts and two LinkedIn posts a week.

3

Tara is the brand — show more of her.

Every top post, on every platform, featured Tara directly. August leans in: more photography of her woven through the static posts, and the video debut puts her on camera in a weekly Reel — the format built to carry a face-forward brand to brand-new audiences.

4

Personal narrative is the growth engine.

The pivot announcement out-earned the field 4–10× on every metric and drew 29 comments in a month where most posts drew one. The 1996/2026 story leads Week 2 of August for exactly this reason — with more chapters of Tara's story queued behind it.

5

Conversations are turning into pipeline.

33 conversations started on Instagram, new contacts arriving on both Meta platforms, and 11 LinkedIn search appearances — people are reaching out and looking her up. August pairs a 24-hour reply habit with DM-driven CTAs ("DM 'TIMELINE'") to welcome them properly.
